Frontcover: copertina bianca non apribile, è differente in quanto non ha i mattoni, mostra invece i testi dei brani come nella copertina del primo disco nell'edizione inglese sia davanti che nel retro, scritti in blu e con "What Shall We Do Now?", sul davanti in alto mostra il titolo in grande "PINK FLOYD THE WALL" stampato a lettere maiuscole blu in stile Scarfe e poco sotto "Side 1".

Backcover: nel retro della copertina, oltre ai testi, riporta in basso il numero "36183", in basso a destra c'è il logo "812 SH" dentro un riquadro blu.
