The Band is born in the summer of 2000 and only after
a few months, while the band tried to create an its
own identity giving life to personal repertoire, has
been selected among thousand proposals, what now is
the moniker of the band, UN-KIND probably also because
of the schizophrenia of the band’s members.
In April 2001 there is the first exhibition, surely
a good test for the band. In the meanwhile the live
activity started to be more present and above all more
important… from April to August the band offers
good performances in pub, festival, squares etc etc,
in a few words everywhere it was possible… it
was absolutely useful to have a more personal and mature
sound and in creating a great harmony into the band.
At the end of September the band decides to record a
demo at the Fear Studios in Ravenna, recorded in several
sessions through some months.
The CD is completely self-financed and when everything
is ok with the six tracks featured in this work, the
band begins to distribute some promos featuring three
songs to labels venues, agencies etc.... In the first
months of 2003 Vacation House Records - Soul Craft Recordings
proposed us to release the CD in 500 copies with the
title of “Hurts To The Core", distributed
by Venus Italia. |
