Guernica project began in January 2002. After having
successfully played for seven years (since 1995) in
south Italy clubs with great favor of the audience,
thanks to their good live performances as a cover band
and the special care paid to sounds, they decided to
accept the challenge of creating original works. Unstoppable
song writers, they collect today more than 30 songs,
not considering acoustic versions of their works!
The musicians in the band collected more than a single
experience and collaborated with musicians and bands
all around the Italian territory, they joined progressive,
crossover, jazz, fusion, rock, blues, pop, funk, classic
music, thrash bands and recorded many promo tracks and
official albums (in Italy, Germany, France and more
with world distribution) at the same time carrying on
their live performances. They also undertook some theatre
performances and sometime appeared in movies and TV
shows.
Their very appreciated first official work is: Guernica,
"Senza Censure", self produced and distributed,
Italy and Swiss, 2002. |
