ASHENT born in 2001. In these two years among changes
of line up and of monicker, the band has hardly worked
trying to forge a personal style, which synthesized
the different musical influences of the various elements.
Being faithful to an enough classical structure of form
song, their tracks born from a blending of progressive
metal, passing through the typical thrash of these last
years with a riffing characterised by impact and articulated
times and there is finally some call to the symphonic
metal for the use of the keyboards close to the Symphonic
Black.
The fruit of this takes form in the four tracks of their
first self-titled demo.
The self-production has taken place during the second
part of February of 2003, at the famous New Sin Studio
in Loria (TV), where the veteran Luigi Stefanini has
taken care of recordings and mastering.
After a good welcome from the criticism, after the first
reviews, Ashent find an agreement with MKM Promotion
Agency, for the promotion of their release.
Currently the compositive activity doesn't find standstill
and the band hopes to increase the live activity too. |
