This group also backed other artists (HEINZ, BURR BAILEY, GLENDA COLLINS, MIKE BERRY, RONNIE JONES and many others) and toured between 1963 and 1964 with HEINZ, JERRY LEE LEWIS and GENE VINCENT.  See the LPs/EPs Blackmore played on with the Outlaws in the participations section below.

The group disbanded in 1964 but reunited early in 1965 and moved to the U.S. to back some artists and release a couple of singles:

Towards the end of 1965, Blackmore and Andersen moved first to Germany and then to Italy, where they joined a band fronted by future Italian pop star Riki Maiocchi:

They also briefly continued as THE TRIP after they left Maiocchi.  Later, this name will be used by an Italian prog rock band originated by this formation.
