Whether your wedding is to be an intimate affair for two, (plus
two witnesses) or perhaps a more elaborate occasion with a party of guests, the
legal complexion is the same.
I will in advance:
Attend on your behalf at the office of the registrar of
marriage to ensure that all the necessary documents are completed as far as
possible before your arrival.
Make the reservation for the Town Hall and make sure
that the appropriate officials will be available to perform the ceremony.
Arrange and accompany you to the required interview with
the Registrar in advance of your wedding day and translate his questions and
other formalities for you.
Meet you in good time on the day of the ceremony and
remain with you to act as your dedicated personal assistant, guide and
translator until you are ready to be alone together.
Other Arrangements.
Obviously these vary enormously from couple to couple. Depending
on your individual requirements I can arrange for example:
In addition to the compulsory Civil Ceremony described
above, either a subsequent Church wedding or a Wedding Blessing.
A wedding reception in your choice of restaurant
ranging from a Relais Chateaux establishment with splendid gardens to a typical
Tuscan Trattoria. Whichever you choose I can assure you of a warm welcome and
delicious local fare.
Accommodation again is arranged to suit your wishes
depending on location standard and price. However, at Easter and in the months
between June and September, I would advise you to make arrangements well in
advance as hotels and restaurants are often fully booked.
Wedding cars to and from your ceremony and reception.
Flowers.
Musicians for the reception.
Hair styling and other beauty treatments.
Photo Service including wedding album completed immediately for you to
take with you when you leave Cortona.
Information on other tourist destinations and help with onward travel
arrangements.
These are an example of the services that I can arrange on your
behalf but I do try to accommodate all couples personal ideas and requirements
