Roy Paci is the great trumpet leader and composer of the Aretuska. Sicilian group that 
has realized a recent album from the title "Baciamo le mani".

Roy has played in various groups between which the Banda Ionica, the Mau Mau (one word 
that in the piedmontese dialect he defines ragged's person, Moroccans and wanderers, 
people of the south of Italy and the World), the Persiana Jones, Teresa De Sio… 
His name is present in more than 180 cd!
It can be noticed that many of its groups have the word ' band ': this is 
had to the fact, as Roy explains… "Is a word that she appeals to me very 
because he means is country band, and Augusta remembers me my origins.
My music has an attitude much dangerous one, much "vulcanica", 
therefore its bugle is the term more appropriate".His trumpet seems to know of places very farther from 
its earth. It succeeds to push themselves towards hybrid sonority, to dip themselves with 
nature in the most various humors between they.

Roy loves to be confronted with all that it is various; he seems for 
he an artistic requirement not as well as how much physiological one. And the passion 
for the comparison it has carried its road to intercross that one of MANU CHAO.
From here a friendship is been born and then the collaboration on Proxima estacion esperanza.
"Manu I have known it approximately three years ago", tells. "our encounter has happened

when it has taken the guitar. I had with me the bugle, I have begun 
to play making a sonority of those images and the spark has been ignited"-
