Town Talk The Morning Journal The Lorain County General Health District will have flu shots available Thursday from 2 to 7 p.m. in the New Russia Township Hall, 46268 Butternut Ridge Road. Individuals with any special circumstances should talk with their physician before getting a flu shot. Fee is $10 per shot. News in brief Onalaska Community Life Judges will be out and about next week looking for winners in Onalaska’s fifth annual holiday home and business decorating contest. The judges will be out looking on the evenings of Dec. 11-14 looking at holiday lighting displays. Free training for future foster parents St. Petersburg Times The Harbor Behavioral Health Institute offers a free training program for people interested in becoming foster parents. The next orientation is at 6 p.m. Jan. 4 at the Harbor, 7074 Grove Road. A five-week session will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays starting Jan. 13 at the Harbor.
