Ming Pao Weekly Interview With Nishijima Kazuhiro

April 2001 - Hong Kong (during the Passion Tour Grand Finale)

He was asked, between him and Leslie, who is more handsome?  Kazu laughed heartily, "How could I say?"

It was after seeing Leslie's concert in Japan that Kazu brought up the topic of collaboration.  He senses that Leslie is not just an ordinary singer, but one that is full of artistry, and very professional.  He is particularly pleased with the MTV that Leslie directed.  "I was very surprised.  Before, when I performed for TV shows, they always ended up cutting the most well expressed segments.  But Leslie entirely captured my essence, and the parts he kept are those that I like most."

He praised "Bewildered" as a work of high quality, very visually attractive, and that can be counted as one of the best even in Japan, so he was perplexed as to why the video was banned by a TV station.  "Hong Kong people don't appear to be this conservative!  I also don't feel there was any homosexual content - the love between two men, can be friends, brothers, father and son - what's wrong with that?"

About this Prince of Ballet - he's 29 years old, 1.76 m tall, and no Princess yet!
