Forgot my router's IP address

Router IP addresses to 2.X and lost connectivity
So, my question is, based on a router with starting addresses in the 2.X range, how can I change my Slingbox to work on this system? Do I have the ability to change the IP address of the Slingbox? I can't set it as 1.
Modem: net surfing OK, Router: IP Surfing only
The problem is as soon as router is inserted I can only surf with IP addresses, no Hostnames. Can ping anything as long as it's an IP address. I'm thinking DNS issue. I hard coded my ISPs DNS numbers in windows still no effect.
Router, IP address and Printer?
