Assembling inside or not inside the red lines, this is the choice!
(segue in italiano)

 
On the drawing the red lines, on the left and those on the right, are the same and according to the logical design.


On the left
The panels are assembled inside the red lines:
- The edges are shaped and the panels have to be beveled.
- The dimentions of the section are as designed.
 
On the right
The panels are assembled outside the red lines:
- The gaps between the panels have to be filled.
- Edges can be rounded.

HOW TO MAKE A CHOICE

The design is simple and the angles are costant:

- To bevel the inside of the panels it is not difficult.
- The simple shape of a handmade boat with sharp corners is beautiful to see.
PANELS INSIDE THE RED LINES ARE THE PREFERRED CHOICE.
The use of bi-axial fibreglass has to be the choice.

The design is sophisticated and the angles are variable:

- You let all the perimetric cuts of the plywood at 90 degrees with the surfaces.
- The boat shall be a little wider, higher and a little more roomy but .... less troubles.

Assemblare all’interno o non all’interno della linee rosse, questa è la scelta!
Nel disegno le linee rosse sulla destra e quelle sulla sinistra sono le stesse e conformi al progetto.
A sinistra
I pannelli sono assemblati all’interno della linee rosse.
- Gli spigoli sono vivi ed i pannelli devono essere rastremati.
- Le dimensioni delle sezioni rimangono come da progetto.
A destra
I pannelli sono assemblati all’esterno della linee rosse.
- Lo spazio tra i pannelli deve essere stuccato.
- Gli spigoli si possono arrotondare.

COME SCEGLIERE

Il progetto è semplice e gli angoli sono costanti:
- Raccordare i pannelli verso l’interno non è difficile.
- La forma spigolosa di una barca fatta a mano è bella da vedere.
I PANNELLI INTERNI ALLA LINEE ROSSE SONO LA SCELTA MIGLIORE.
La scelta è quella di utilizzare del fiberglass bi-assiale.

Il progetto è sofisticato e gli angoli sono variabili:
- Lasciate tutti i tagli perimetrali a 90°.
- La barca risulterà un po’ più larga, alta e un poco più capiente ma …. meno fastidi.
