Many fragments of the violin were eagerly gathered up by the audience who then took them to Vautier to be signed. The fragments used in this piece are not signed, they are not a piece by Ben Vautier.

The title of this piece may be read in two ways:
- as a statement about the piece and its component parts
- or as a comment on the post performance scrimmage for pieces of wood and the subsequent (potential) fate of those pieces

Oh! The pieces of violin look a bit like a chinese boat too - so there's another element!
