L'Istituto Comprensivo di Monte San Pietro comprende la scuola materna, quella elementare e la media, che si dislocano in diversi edifici distribuiti sul territorio.
Le varie scuole si sono prefissate tre obiettivi comuni didattico - educativi: la formazione della persona, l'orientamento e la competenza.
Le scuole elementari hanno sezioni a tempo normale e a tempo prolungato. La scuola media offre due corsi a tempo normale, un corso a tempo prolungato con una sperimentazione di bilinguismo e un corso incompleto di lingua inglese.
The Comprehensive Institute of Monte S. Pietro includes the nursery-school, the Primary (Elementary) School and the Junior Secondary School, that are in different buildings on the territory on the commune.

The Junior Secondary School offers two forms with school hours only in the morning and one form with school hours in the afternoon three times a week that has got in the school time-table lessons of two foreign languages: English and French. There is another afternoon school hours form, that has started at the beginning of this school-year, with only one foreign language, that is English.

On fait de l'anglais dans toutes les classes du collège et dans une section on fait du français aussi.
