White Chocolate Raspberry Thumbprints
Drop cookie dough onto a baking sheet 2 inches apart and bake at 375 F for 7-9 minutes. Allow to cool while you prepare the topping. In a small heat the jam until it is melted, then spoon 1/2 tsp jam into the center of each cookie.
Oreo Cookie Bark
Turn out onto a foil lined cookie sheet and spread out with a knife-try to spread out the cookies so they aren't in a clump but instead a single layer. Make sure to keep it thin so it's easy to break when cooled.
