Alley Rally should go on Montana Standard
The Alley Rally program is a keeper. Starting last July through early October, Butte-Silver Bow parked a Dumpster for two weeks at various locations around town. The hope was to encourage neighborhood cleanups and curb illegal dumping by providing a convenient alternative.
