Which is better msm supplements or msm powder? The powder is better but I took the capsules. Did your hair grow from using msm? I can't contribute my growth the msn solely because I was also taking bioin capsules.

in terms of growth, I've been taking MSM (in one form or other) for a month now & i dont seen any accelerated growth yet . if I acheive weight loss over hair growth - I could live with that, I'd just have to rely on MTG for hair

Luvangel is right on point IMO. i've only been taking MSM for a month-ish on and off so its difficult to tell whether i have increased growth (yet) but i do think i have a texture change (?smoother, ?silkier, ?looser).
