Catinaccio d'Antermoia (Italy), August 2006, Canon T70, 28/f2.8

Early morning in the small rocky plain behind Antermoia Lake, looking at the imposing profile of the Catinaccio d'Antermoia. Two nice and easy (especially if you do not encounter that unconfortable verglas patches we found that morning) "vie ferrate" allows for a spectacular and rewarding climb across both sides of the mountain. I admit I used the polarizer in a little too much aggressive way.
