adapter MR-9 in combination with a silver battery offered by CRIS to replace the PX625 or better said its replacing batteries? I'm thinking of investing in it to save some money on buying the rather expensive replacing batteries.

It had a battery grip on it, but the batteries weren't really new enough for the cold and in the middle of shooting it started dying on me.  I ended up cutting my shooting short because of dead batteries.  Dumb

wtf, i listen to 1 song and i can see a difference in the batterie life, it was full and one song took a noticable amount off. Is it just mine, i have the wireless off if that helps but what else can keep the batterie longer
