The heart of the device!

In the image at the side we can observe the printed circuit, disentangled on an amplest surface in way from to allow the varied measurements and test. We needed of space to anchor the varied ferrules of the oscilloscopio and the tester. In short.... it was not necessary to exploit the space considering that it was treated of the prototype, susceptible of evolutions.

The printout that see is not that visible in the preceding pages, (used for the version denominated Entry Level), nothing forbids you of to disentangle the circuit on a smallest surface!

Many will have difficulty in the to recognize the integrated one of the MAXIM......... if is looking for the integrated canon to 16 footsies won't find it! I have preferred to use the integrated one in the format SMD, it is found above to the 4 yellow condensers, under the connector mini-din, to the left of the mini jack.

In the photo to the right you are able here you observe the position of the connector mini dins female......... here you will have to insert the mini deriving virile din from the door seriale of your PC, while on the long side you see the connector female mini panel jacks.
To this connector is go connected the mass, (thread white/blue), the thread of the microphone (yellow), and of the earphone (white). They originate from the cable that it is connected to the connector Nokia entertained by the Satellite that you have already built visible here under.
You take the mini flying virile jack and to connect the 3 threads of the kit vivavoce. In mine assembled I have chosen the following configuration: ear for the external contact, microphone for the intermediary contact, stocking for the inside contact.

A suggestion! You perforate the container slightly with a point of inferior diameter in comparison to the diameter of the connector mini dins. With a round file widened the hole in way to insert it with a certain difficulty.
You have so gotten a some mechanical resistance to prevent its movement. I have used a gun to warm to fix it to great guarantee, but you can use other resins, provided that not aggressive from the chemical point of view. This operation must be performed at the end after having tested the device!

Remember that, the mini din, is not a panel connector but " police squad "; this has allowed of to exploit the scabbard to line and to disguise the cable that originates from the container, direct toward the satellite! See to the left here third photos!

There are no problems for the connector panel female mini jacks..... can perforate the container with a point of the correct diameter of the connector in how much equitaggiato of a die is for the serraggio! Don't use any type of resins or instant glue in how much possible vapors could dress again the contacts and to jeopardize conductibility!
