MACCHERONI ALLA BERSAGLIERA

Ingredienti per 10 persone:

• 1 kg di maccheroni
• 1/2 kg di piselli
• 200 gr di prosciutto cotto magro
• 200 gr di fontina
• 120 gr di burro
• 1 cucchiaio di farina
• 1 litro di latte
• 1 cipolla
Esecuzione:

Cuocere al dente i maccheroni, scolarli e amalgamarli con il prosciutto cotto magro e la fontina tagliati a dadini.
Aggiungere i piselli già cucinati con burro e cipolla. Preparare una besciamella con un 100 gr di burro, la farina e il latte; metà viene usata per condire i maccheroni, che poi vanno versati in un tegame, e l’altra metà per coprirli.

Infornare per 30 minuti a medio calore.

CAPITAN SPAVENTA

LA MASCHERA DI GENOVA

Il suo nome per intero è Rodomonte Spaventa, anche chiamato Capitan Fracassa. La sua veste è arancione e fucsia, uguale al mantello. Porta sempre con sè una spada con la quale combatte, anche se è sempre il primo a scappare. Preferisce la lingua alla spada per prendere in giro gli ufficiali del suo tempo. La storia e la fortuna del personaggio di Capitan Spaventa di Vall'Inferna e' indissolubilmente legata alla figura del suo creatore e interprete Francesco Andreini (1548-1624). Andreini entrò nella Compagnia dei Gelosi già sul finire del 500, sposò Isabella e con lei recitò per diversi anni in Italia e in Francia riscuotendo ovunque un grandissimo successo. Di lui egli dice ''io mi compiacqui di rappresentare nelle commedie la parte del milite superbo, ambizioso e vantatore''. In realta' il personaggio da lui ideato è un uomo colto e raffinato ma piuttosto poeta e sognatore, che fatica a mantenere la distinzione fra fantasia e realtà. Il suo aspetto è composto ed elegante, così come nobili e curati sono i suoi abiti. Solitamente indossa un vestito a strisce colorate, completato da un cappello ad ampie tese adorno di piume. Completano l'abbigliamento lunghi baffi e un grande naso, mentre la lunga spada, con la quale sa essere temerario, gli pende smisurata su un fianco.(da sipario.it).

Capitano (in English, the "Captain") is the most macho of the macho men. He is extremely arrogant, with a huge ego, and he constantly brags about his many accomplishments. Of course, all of this is a lie. Behind this front of courage, Capitano is, in fact, a coward who is afraid of anything and everything. He wouldn't hurt a fly. He is able to pretend he is the captain of an army simply because he owns the uniform. His given name is usually something long and absurd using important sounding names and qualifications. It could be something like Bernardino Constantino Ermengildo Leopoldo Rodomonte, Rinoceronte, Quinto, son of Mars of Olympus. The actor playing this character can have fun making up the name. “Capitano” was a satirization of invaders of Italy, particularly the Spanish army. Capitano's costume, as in the picture above, is a play on the military costume of the time. It is similar to the uniform, ut much bigger. Capitano wears huge boots that may cover part of his leg, and a fancy hat with a colorful military-type jacket. This costume can really be anything military-like, as long as it is obviously making fun of the armed forces. Capitano does wear a sword in a scabbard on his belt, but he never draws it. If, for some reason, the sword winds up out of his belt, Capitano is terrified and may run away
