Nel 1984 i fratelli Pete e Lou Koller danno alla luce a New York i SOIA. Grazie all'amicizia con gli Youth of Today di Ray Cappo riescono a suonare numerosi concerti che permettono loro di affermarsi in fretta. Nel 1989 l'uscita dell'acclamatissimo "Blood, Sweat and No Tears"

In 1984 the brothers Pete and Lou Koller put on in New York the SOIA. With the friendship of Ray Cappo's Youth of Today they paly a lot of gigs and they become well known in few time. In 1989 there's the exit of the great "Blood, Sweat and No Tears".
