HÜSKER DÜ Punk Bob Mould (voce e chitarra), Greg Norton (basso) e Grant Hart (batteria e voce) nel 1979 a Minneapolis formano gli Husker Du. La loro immagine è completamente al di fuori dalla iconografia punk. Look da freakettoni sbracati, con camicioni a quadri (poi ripresi dal grunge) gli Husker Du degli esordi suonavano davvero come un pugno nello stomaco. |

Canzoni veloci e furiose,
non molto lontane dalla cacofonia. Dopo poco però danno una fruttuosa
smussatina agli angoli che permetterà loro di incidere dischi come "Metal
Circus", "Zen Arcade" e "New Day Rising".

Freak-casual Look with chequered jackets (retaken by grunge), Husker Du of early years played really like a fist on stomach. Fast and furious songs, near to cacophony. But after few time they rafine their sound and can record great albums like "Metal Circus", "Zen Arcade" e "New Day Rising". |
