Dopo l'esperienza con i Gorilla Biscuits terminata nel 1992 ed una parentesi come tatuatore, il cantante Anthony Civocelli dà alla luce la sua creatura: i CIV. I suoi partners sono: il bassista Arthur, il chitarrista Charlie e il bassista Sammy. Il primo album "Set Your Goals", prodotto nel 1998, ha riscosso un discreto successo. L'ultimo album è "Thirteen Day Getaway" registrato nel 1998.

After the experience with Gorilla Biscuits ended in 1992 and a period like tattoer, the singer Anthony Civocelli build up his creature: CIV. His partners are: bassist Arthur, guitarist Charlie,
