They do not sell on a direct basis postage stamps: Unicover is their only sales outlet. The official agency Unicover which is appointed to design, print and issue the Marshall Islands stamps, sells the stamps at face value +40% only to US customers. So unless you go to Marshall Islands it's impossible to buy these stamps at face value.
