the “Anglo Panormitan Athletic Football Club” was founded,   Palermo ’s first football society.

1905

Messina ’s football team wins the championship in Sicily

1906

For the first time Palermo ’s team plays with other football teams and later  participates in other  championships..

1915 -18

WW I   interrupts the championships.

1929-2003

Palermo ’s team has gone back and forth from A to B to C series. When, finally, it was promoted to the A series.  

2003

Palermo win the championship and passed in

series A

2004

Palermo was the 6th classified and it qualified to Coppa-Uefa
