My Christmas Holidays

Today is the 18th December 2006 and Friday is the last school day, in fact the Christmas holidays start  Saturday 22 December this year!!!

During my Christmas holidays I’m going to get up at 11:00 o’clock and I’m going to relax very much!!!! Every day I want to go out with my friends and I’m going to spend the evenings with my friends and enjoy ourselves.

During these evenings (from 9:00 pm to 2:00 / 3:00 am )we are going to talk , play cards and HAVE FUN together!!!!

We are going to play   bingo, 7 1/2 , cucu’, piatto…etc…  but my favourite card game is 31!!!!!

In this card play the dealer gives three cards to each player and then puts the deck in the middle of the table uncovers a card.

The aim of the game is TO REACH  31 POINTS!!

The figures are 10 points and the aces are 11 points, so we must have two figures and one ace of  a SINGLE  SUIT!

People that have a high score (from25 to 30) have the possibility ”TO KNOCK” (knock their knuckles on the table) and then, this mean that the last round of the game remains; people that have the lowest score, LOSE !!!!!

I love Christmas because, in my opinion, there is a magical atmosphere, all people  buy many presents for friends or   relatives, they decorate the Christmas tree , they make a crib and they eat many sweets!!!

Christmas Eve, the 24^th  December, at 10 pm   I want to go to the church with my group, where there is a beautiful ceremony!!
