Sound Quality: VG; clear,
upfront vocals, but poorly defined bass; light hall reverb throughout
Sound Processing: minor noise
reduction (based on a 3 second segment of pure tape noise at end of disk 2,
which I later removed), followed by normalization & channel balancing
Size: 925 megs .shn
Note: Opening night of last
leg of the 81 tour featuring Al Kooper on keyboards. Excellent performance
start to finish.

CEDAR4 version
I've got this and a few other
unseeded versions of shows from the fall '03 tour while back to seed at STG. After
I did the first one I was away for some time and then STG broke down. So
FINALLY here's the next one.
This is probably the best
circulating versions. It has the best sounding description of the four CEDAR's
and I compared it with two other versions not listed at the CEDAR page.
The quality is really great.
A or even A+ IMO.
