The author, Ing Zefferino Pavanelli, teacher in  Electronic and Telecommunications in a Technical Secondary school in Italy; it has interests also for the environment and the renewable energies.

Currently he develops a PhD of Search in Sciences of the Services for the Transports and the Logistics near the Department of Electric Engineering at the University in Genoa.

 He gladly answers for every inherent technical elucidation about the present plan.
