Practical realization of the single supports

The main characteristics of the single supports, that is the square section, the quotas of the single chines various but aligned on an only one flat, the simmetria of the panel either regarding axis X or regarding the Y axis that leads to the realization of the supports to groups of 4 equal ones between they suggests a enough efficient way in order to realize them.

Glue between they of the plywood tables of opportune dimensions, for example 2 tables from 1 m x 13 cm and 2 tables from 1 m x 15 cm, thickness 1 cm, one parallepipedo is obtained of square section, with external side = 15 cm.

They are characterized therefore, for every chine, to leave from the base of the parallelepipedo, the complementary quotas two of the four equal supports that go realize you for everyone of the present mirrors in a quadrant of the panel.

Just: on the chine the 0 quotas Z0 and Z3; on chine 1 the quotas Z1 and Z2; on the chine the 2 quotas Z3 and Z0; on the chine the 3 quotas Z2 and Z1.

From the previous definitions turn out that Z0 + Z3 = Z1 + Z2, for which sectionizing  the parallelepipedo along the located quotas we obtain two equal supports and a parallelepipedo of orthogonal base to the greater axis, but of length 1m - (Z0 + Z3).

("spigolo" is a chine)

The procedure can therefore be repeated until obtaining all the necessary supports.
