David Hasselhoff's New Series, 'Double Cross,' To Launch in Over 80% of US market

NEW YORK, Feb. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Co-Producers, The Movie Factory Film GmbH and Filmline/Icestorm announced today that ``Double Cross'' will be available to air this year. Kaleidoscope Media Group (OTC Bulletin Board: KMGG - news) the sales agent for ``Double Cross'' and BKS Entertainment have cleared the series in over 80% of the US and 13 of the top 15 markets including New York, Los Angeles and Chicago, according to Henry Siegel, CEO of KMG. Stations signing on include those owned and operated by CBS and NBC, as well as stations in the Hearst-Argyle, Granite, Landmark, Capitol and Partner Stations Networks. The weekly series will commence principal photography in Montreal in May and will also shoot on location in some of the world's most glamorous cities.

``Double Cross,'' is a sophisticated, romantic, action-packed series combing elements of the ``Thomas Crown Affair,'' ``Indiana Jones'' and the film classic, ``To Catch a Thief.'' The protagonist, William Cross, is drafted into a super clandestine governmental organization known simply as ``The Company,'' as the only alternative to serving a long prison sentence for art forgery. In the role of William Cross, Hasselhoff will portray a dashing, suave, intellectual rogue, who is not above bending the law in his search for justice. This is a dramatic departure from the easy-going lifeguard he played on ``Baywatch'' or the macho crime fighter prowling around in a souped up Firebird he portrayed on ``Knight Rider.''

Kaleidoscope Media Group, Inc. is a vertically integrated entertainment company with distribution rights to hundreds of hours of sports and entertainment programming including series such as David Hasselhoff's ``Double Cross'' and ``Tarzan: The Epic Adventures;'' movies and mini-series such as ``Shaka Zulu: The Citadel'' and ``Merlin: The Magic Begins;'' sports properties including golf, boxing and fitness as well as family entertainment shows such as ``Circus,'' ``Magic'' and ``Ice Skating.''
