Here you can see the external little sump for link a cable of speedometer, as I rebuilded it, using brass and the lathe. Unfortunately I don't have other pictures of the single step of the working, but only the final results.
Here you can see the cutting of the teeth of the gear using the vertical miller (I have already cutted one tooth and I am cutting the second one);You can note also how is made the Dividing Heads, necessary to place the piece at correct angle with respect the cutter, and how is based on a 60 teeth gear (black's one) blocked with a mandrel holding the aluminium piece.

Here you can see the two complete gears, one aluminium made and other teflon made. You see also the little external sump mounted onto the brake plate of hub of wheel.

Here you can see the teflon gear mounted on the shaft, linking the two worm gears outside of plate engaging the speedometer cable.
