The property is a small (approx. 20 sqmt), cosy flatlet, or studio, located behind Sant' Andrea's della Valle church. right in the heart of the historic centre of Rome, where you will not need a car or even a bus. You can see on the lower right corner of the photo the entrance of the flatlet, located off the main road, away from the hustle and bustle. The small window on the first floor belongs to the property as well. The area is surrounded by many ristorants, trattorie, shops, and the picturesque Campo dei Fiori market and located few minutes walking from the most attractive sites of Rome : Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Venezia and the Imperial Forums.

The property will be ready for occupancy at 14:00 PM at the beginning date of the lease and must be vacated by 12:00 AM at the ending date of the lease.

Transportation:

• From Fiumicino Airport:
  • take the "LOCAL RAILWAY SERVICE" train
    • Schedule: Mo-Sa: every 15 min from 6.27 am to 9.27 pm , plus : 5:57am; 9:57pm; 10:27pm; 10:57pm; 11:27pm
    • Sundays: every 30 min from 5:57am to 11:27pm
  • get off at "ROMA TRASTEVERE" station
  • from ROMA TRASTEVERE take tram number eight towards "ARGENTINA"
  • get off at terminus (Largo di Torre Argentina)
  • cross the rails and walk straight though "via di S. Anna" and "vicolo dei Chiodaroli"
    up to the end (about 100 meters)
  • turn right into "via dei Chiavari"
  • you'll find the flat on right side just before a small square called "Largo del Pallaro"
