Business news in brief The Philadelphia Inquirer Universal Health Services Inc., King of Prussia, has agreed to acquire Texoma Healthcare System Inc., a nonprofit operator of a 234-bed hospital and a provider of other health-care services in Denison, Texas. The purchase price was not disclosed, but the deal was set to close in January.
