Leigh Ann Reed has ‘em all beat. The Huntington County 4-H'er's mosaic fountain, picked as a champion at the local 4-H Fair in July, rose through the judging at the Indiana State Fair in August to win the top prize in the state - emerging as “Outstanding 4-H Exhibit.”
