President Saddam Hussein has received a telegram from representative of the sultan of Buhra Tameem Ibrahim Tayeb on the occasion of the new hejira year. 

In his telegram, Tayeb wished his Excellency good health and happiness, confirming his sect firm stands in the Iraqi trench to defeat the enemies and abort their plots and intrigues.
