Revolution command council (RCC) has issued a resolution on Iraq's joining agreement of encouraging and protecting investment and transformation of capitals among Arab countries in affirmation to principles of Arab economic unity and joint Arab market.

Resolution stimulated ''in accordance with what was being ratified by national assembly and revolution command council has agreed on and in agreement with provisions of article 53rd of the constitution, law no. 8 for year 2003 has been issued''.
