President Saddam Hussein has been congratulated by head of the legislative council of the kurdistan autonomy region baha' ad-deen ahmed on the 33rd of the mar.11 declaration in a telegram on this occasion, Ahmed vowed to defend Iraq and its sacred soil and defeat the enemies who are trying now to launch new aggression. 

On he other hand, the Kurdistan revolutionary party has vowed to be ready to move for countering the enemies and abort their conspiracies and intrigues. 

In a telegram to President Saddam Hussein on this occasion the party said that its members are ready to volunteer for foiling the U.S.-hatched conspiratorial designs.
