President Hussein-March 11 Declaration

President Saddam Hussein has received a telegram from chairman of executive council of the kurdistan autonomy region Ja'far Abdul Kareem al-barzanchi on the anniversary of the march 11 declaration in a telegram to his excellency, al-barzanchi vowed to unify the ranks for defending the dear country and foiling plots and intrigues of the enemies and their sick dreams.
