Note: How to draw graces from these Messages.

1. Before His Presence in the Tabernacle and Altar, souls are made alive and strengthened. This would be the effect of Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament. Attend Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament at least once a month.
2. "Revere Thursdays for reparation to My Eucharistic Presence" by participation in the Eucharistic celebration and receiving Holy Communion.
3. Cultivate, the habit of Visiting Jesus reposed in the Tabernacle and keep company with Him.
4. Recite Jesus Prayer of Atonement: i.e. Prayer to the Adorable Jesus. Do this often especially before Jesus in the Tabernacle.
5. Do Penance for the sins committed against Jesus in the Eucharist.
