Senior makes prom dress from candy wrappers Star-Gazette
Starr Andrews has got her eyes on Starburst candy wrappers and an art prize. The Horseheads High School senior is piecing together hundreds of the wrappers to create a rainbow-colored fabric that will become a prom dress, which she'll wear to the March dance.
