MODEM DSL 300T

help with d-link dsl- 300t adsl modem
hi ive set up the modem (this is the first time ive set up a modem (always used routers) so the modem is set up and connected ok. but how must i set it up on my pc because you need to create a dial up thing specifiying that its a dial
connecting adsl modem into wan router?
(connect the ethernet output of the dsl 300t into the wan port of the wpn824) if that's possible, how am i to configure the verification of username and password from the modem? can i utilize the wpn824 firmware to do this?
