Well after trying it for the first time in a pasta dish a few years ago at the Cheesecake factory, I instantly fell in The above picture is my own rendition of the pesto pasta, using liguine, shrimp, cream, and of course, pesto!
It’s better with bacon
When the pasta is cooked you immediately toss it with a mixture of an egg (or two egg yolks), parmesan cheese, and black pepper. Then add the pancetta and the pan drippings. Stir, stir, stir and then presto! It’s done.
