Biography
At the beginning of his career on the year 1990 Aaron Paul was being produced by the english singer Glenn Goldsmith -:"he was writing songs for me and taking me to the studio to record them":- have recently said to me Aaron -:"I also did a couple of shows with him as his background singer. He really did help me get my start in the music business and it was his song that got me into WA":-
Aaron Paul came to the attention of Arista records UK in the middle of the same year after he auditioned for the teen boy band Arista was piecing together as the next big thing. At the beginning of the year 1991 before Worlds Apart became famous there were 3 other guys choosen at the casting with Schelim and Patrick. These mysterious members weren't interesting in the project and after a while they were replaced by Dan, Steve and Aaron. This is what Aaron said to me about it -:" Yes, it's true that there were other guys picked for the group but i don't know who they are. The first formation of Worlds Apart didn't record any songs until I came into the group because I came in as the lead singer. After that we signed with Arista Records and before our first single "Heaven Must Be Missing An Angel" was released we have recorded between 1991 and 1992 several covers of old classic songs like "I'll Be Working My Way Back To You Babe", "Can't Get By Without You", "Boogie Wonderland", "If You Were There" and "More Than A Woman" ":-. “Worlds Apart” was guided by BMG top executive Simon Cowell whose vision and determination lead the group to its European success. With the strength of the material and muti racial appeal of the group, instant chart success was guaranteed all over Europe. His plan worked. After intensive tour dates and media coverage Worlds Apart became a house hold name
The group had five hit singles in a row, in eight European countries and their album “Together” went on to sell a million copies. Their hits included Heaven must be missing an angel, Everlasting love, Wonderful world, Could It be I’m falling I'm Love and Beggin to be Written. With Aaron as the front man, his face became the recognizable as the face and voice of Worlds Apart
After two years at the top of the charts Aaron realized his passion was in songwriting and performing as a solo artist. Aaron Paul relocated to New York and teamed up with Barry “Oh” Goldstein, a major label and producer and writer (he's the owner and operator of Think Big Recordings and Productions). With this partner ship, they are setting the sound that launches Aaron into the next phase. Their sound is a mixture of several different influences, including R&B undertones, Lush classical strings, Acoustic guitars and catchy hooks, all with a pop sensibility. This sound separates Aaron from any other male artist at this time. His lyrics and vocals embody the youth of his fans, at the same time elevating him to a mature audience
Aaron’s first solo Album “Smooth” captivates his vocal style and sensual lyricism, with the emphasis on the sexuality of his female fans. “Smooth” is more than radio friendly and has the ability to transcend to mainstream and urban radio. As quoted on a recent review by Music Biz magazine “it takes material to get to the top” and Aaron sure has what it take to deliver. At this moment Aaron and his producer are recording and shopping a new set of songs which is in the "Neo Soul"/Urban genre and now are in search of a new label deal for the realization of the next work
