Dear Sam,
you let me know that you and your classroom are visiting our school next month. I am very happy and look forward meeting you and your classmates: I am sure they are very nice. I can't introduce all my schoolmates to you in this short letter: it would be very boring. Anyway, I want in particular to write about two of my friend Maggie and Jack: sure they are very special, so special that we very often meet () an stay() together.
Maggie is thirteen; she is average tall and her hair is blond. She likes horse riding and rides() her horse once or twice a month. But she likes other sports too! She likes volleyball and swinmming. I don't think she is swimming() now, but I am ready to bet that she is now playing() volleyball at the local gym.
Jack is thirteen too he is a very nice chap: a bit funny and blundering sometimes. He is as tall as I. He likes football very much and I think he is playing() it now: he likes football so much that he plays() it almost every day. Or... perhaps he isn't: He is studying() now. We have a Science written test on Thursday. I must go now: I too have that written test.

Looking forward hearing from you soon,

Bye

Peter
