Santa Barbara's
star-crossed lovers
unite at least!
Santa Barbara lived up to its reputation as being a ritzy,
glitzy soap when it sent two of its cast members, Lane Davies (Mason Capwell)
and Harley Kozak( Mary McCormack), to Summit University in Calabasas,
California, to film some pretty romantic scenes. In the story, a confused Mary
fled to Saint Ann's Convent to sort out her feelings (she was tormented over the
fact that she loved Mason, but was married to Mark). Mason followed and ended up
spiriting her away - by horse- to a mountain paradise he had created. Mary, who
had decided to annul her
marriage, was ready to be with Mason now- totally. Donnong Arabian clothing, the
two thwarted lovers 
spent every moment making up for lost time; relishing
the change to be alone and discover each other, while putting problems (namely
Mark) aside. It was a night that changed their lives.
