By using a flare report, predictions have been generated
for the pair NOSS 3-2 (A) - NOSS 3-2 (C). USA
173 (28095)
can be used to track the satellites. The correct pass is the first one
after sunset.

From the previous predictions I had one negative report. The observer
was near the track.
Accidentally, surfing the internet I've found a reported flare (here) which took place on the 14th of March. The program would have predicted a minimum flare distance of about 7 km (screenshot).
