ART.A The participants to the Posoppa Cup 2003 are held to maintain a behavior correct in regatta and in Chat, like all the sport disciplines also the sail has a code of ethical behavior that must be respected from all those people that want take part of it.

ART.B The respect of the rules is to the base of the Fair Play and therefore to the base of this tournament.

ART.C In the case that problems happen during a regatta the contenders will be able to demand to the Committee to replay the regatta, but the final decision allways will be taken by the Committee.

ART.D The Committee will be able, in suspect cases, to decide the repetition of a regatta also without the consent of the two players.

ART.E All the participants must always remember that this is a game and that the important thing is to participate with the just spirit.

ART.F The Committee wishes very much that eventual controversies will be the minimum indispensable.

ART.G It is intention of the organizing Committee to give to the participants the greater freedom to according and to arranging eventual litigations; the Committee will essentially have therefore a mediation and control role.

ART.H The fundamental scope of this tournament is to give the possibility to all the participants to race with other players and to enjoy.

ART.I In Chat you have to maintain a correct and polite behavior, we will not accept coarseness and abuses, it is forbidden to promote or to give informations that are instructive about illegal activity. Every abuse of power or illegal action will be punished by the immediately expulsion and by the relevant authority signalling.
