AIR COLUMBIA soon will change the identity in T.A.I. - Trasporti Aerei Italiani. The ownership will remain in the hands of SOREM, an italian company expertized in fire bombing air activity.

AIR EUROPE ITALY will start these regular charter flights:
Milan Mxp-Bologna to Santo Domingo every saturdays until May 4th. 2003 with Volare Group A330/200 CY298.
Verona to Varadero-Cancun every fridays until end of April '03 ops with A330/200;
Verona to Rome FCO-Pointe a Pietre every saturdays until end of April '03 ops with A330/200;
Verona to Rome FCO-Punta Cana every sundays until end of April '03 ops with A330/200;
Verona to Rome FCO-Mombasa every mondays until end of April '03 with A330/200;

AIR ONE with effect Dec. 16th. 2002 has reseumed the route Crotone-Rome FCO on daily basis with B737. With effect June 1st. 2003 until Sept.30th. 2003 will start the new route Verona -Lampedusa on twice weekly basis with B737.
Starting June 1s. 2003 until Sept. 30th. 2003 will resume the route Bologna-Lampedusa on twice weekly basis with B737.

ALITALIA, the board has decided to increase the stake capital of 66,6mln of euro. This imcrease will be through the issuing of 180 million of ordinary shares, each value is 0,37 euro.

BRITISH AIRWAYS will double the regular flights from Genoa to London with effect June '03.

EASY ISLANDS currently in operations only from Sicily to the islands placed in the middle of The Mediterrean, it continue to fly with 2 J32 wetleased from Coast Air , regs LN-FAM, FAV. Nothing was reported concerning the intention to start up the route Cagliari-Palermo with SF340.

EUROFLY at Oct. 31st. 2002 has declared a finacial situation composed from a status of net losses of 3.806.339 euro. These level of losses was determined from the long unavailability of long range aircraft between the transfer of the 767's to Alitalia and the late delivery of the Airbus A330's. This fact has reported an expense of 2.438.000 euro. The long out of service status of an A320 has created an extraordinary exopense of 2.100.000 euro. Plus the changement concerning the code sharing agreement signed with Alitalia has performed a non incoming of 2.800.000 euro.

FLYBE will operate two daily flights in the next spring from Bergamo to the UK. Once daily from Bergamo to Birmingham and Bergamo to Southampton.

KLM will drop one of the three daily flights on Turin-Amsterdam from Jan. 7th. 2003 to March 2md. 2003.
With effect March 30th. 2003 will ops 23 weekly frequencies on
Venice-Amsterdam (15xB737, 8xF70).
With effect March 30th. 2003 will increase from 20 to 21 weekly frequency from Bologna to Amsterdam with F70.

HAPAG LLOYD EXPREES will establish in January a second new operational base in Hannover. First destinations served are Rome, Venice and Nice.

IBERIA with effect March 30th. 2003 will triple the daily flights from Barcelona to Turin with DHC8/300.

ICELANDAIR will start a new weekly ski charter flight from Keflavik to Verona with B757/200's until March 1st. 2003.

LAUDA AIR ITALIA has reported an annual invoice of 120 million of Euro and a net profit of 2,97 million. The new fleet composed by 5 Airbuses will start to replace the Boeing B767's from 2003. A321's are powered with IAE V2500 engines and to be in service from April/May 2003. These aircrafts are leased
from SALE for 10 years. These aircrafts are the firsts to shows the new totally changed new brand livery. Three A330/200 will replace 767's, these new jetliners will be powered by RR Trent 700's and leased from ILFC.

ROSSYA AIRLINES ops from Dec. 21st. 2002 a regular new charter flight from Bergamo to Moscow Vnukovo with Tupolev 154 every saturdays.

SCANDINAVIAN LIGHT is the new low cost airline sister of Scandinavian Airline System. The new airline will start up operation from March 30th.

AIR ALPS has reported an extraordinary year in 2002 with about 180000 passengers carried on 10400 flights. The financial year invoice is +27% and has joined the value of 28,5 milion of euro. With effect March from Bolzano until the endo fo november have carried 24000 passengers on 1.400 flights.
22000 has flown on Bolzano-Rome. About 5% of the customers has continued to further destinations via Rome Fiumicino with its partner Alitalia.
Destinations preferred was Lamezia Terme, Napoli, Reggio Calabria, Palermo,Bari e Catania. Air Alps have consolidated in this past summer season the ad hoc flight operations. In cooperation with Alpina Tourdolomit, Christophorus and
Neckermann this airline has operated regular charter flights from Bolzano to Naples/Lamezia Terme. Next summer season Air Alps looks to new charter destionations like Sardinia and Croatia. The austrian carrier have chartered a lot of flights to sports team like soccer Lazio, Perugia, Chievo, Bari, Udinese, Lecce, Siena, Reggina and Naples, and basket teams like Siena, Roseto and Benetton. Moreover, Air Alps have registered a high level of on time factor with 89% of the flights departed in 2002. After all there are highlights concerning the fleet, in November 2002 the sixth Do328/100 has joined the airline and in 2003 further two will be added.

ALBANIAN AIRLINES with effect Dec. 18th. 2002 until Jan. 12th. 2003 will operate an extra daily flight from Bologna to Tirana with Tu154M LZ-HMS.
With effect Dec. 22nd. 2002 to Jan. 5th. 2003 will add a weekly flight on sunday. Totally are 15 weekly flights in the period Dec. 18th. 2002 to Jan.12th. 2003.

ALITALIA has announced by the first months of 2003 about the total refitting of its aircrafts with new blinded cockpit doors.

AZZURRA AIR has postoponed until Jan. 12th. 2002 the strat up of the new route Milan Mxp-Rotterdam in sharing with VLM.

FINNAIR has celebrated the 25th year of operations between Rome FCO and Helsinki. Now four flights a week are operated between the two capitals. With effect February a fifth weekly flight will be operated and to be increased until a daily flight from April. Mialn will be served with 11 weekly flights and code sharing via Zurich will be available to Venice and Bologna in
cooperation with Swiss Air Lines.

HOLA AIRLINES is scheduled to serve Bologna from Tenerife South on mondays with effect Dec. 16th. 2003 to the end of March 2003 on charter operations with B737/300 148Y.

LAUDA AIR ITALIA from Jan. 1st. 2003 the musical entairnment onboard of its aircrafts composed by ten channels in a range from jazz to the italian singers from the classic to the latins will be performed and proposed from Augusto Enriquez, famous cuban singer. In each seat on Boeing 767-300ER's, in Amadeus Class and Economy Class, with a personal color TV screen and a remote control unit where the passengers are enabled to reach the onboard entairnment system (video, audio, Airshow).

RYANAIR will open a new italian hub (2nd) in 2003 and plans to add domestic low cost flights in Italy with effect 2004.

VOLARE AIRLINES, the board have decide to order three A319 with delivery in 2003. Six A320 will be operated from the new Volareweb.com the new low cost airline with start up operations from April 2003, origin from Milan and Venice to Spain, France, Germany. Probably network to be extended to
domestic destinations.


AIR ALPS sixth Do328/100 is D-CHOC and soon will be registered OE-LDF.

AIR ONE has put in service another B737/400 regs EI-CZG.

ALITALIA has won the dispute with KLM concerning the damages given from the alliance broked some years ago. Exactly KLM have to pay as compensation 250 million of Euro plus the interests. Alitalia have to return 100 million of Euro to KLM for the Milan Malpensa expansion. Further 43 million of Euro of extra damages wasn't been agreed to Alitalia from the court about the positives return from the phase out of KLM aircrafts. KLM will not present a formal opposition for this judgement.
Have also saved 15 million of Euro in insurance costs due to the
restructuratioon of the previosuly contracts with a new one that cover also the possibles increases of the future enclosed the addition of new aircrafts. The consortium of intarenational insurance companies is guided from Generali, one of the italian major leader insurance company.Alitalia has received another B777/243IGW regs I-DISO, until Dec. 15th. 2002 is in training on the route Rome FCO-Rimini, three times a day.

ALPI EAGLES will insert the NG737's on Venice-Catania, Venice-Palermo, Venice-Barcelona and Venice-Madrid with effect summer timetable 2003.

BASIQ AIR will operate with effect April '03 routes from Amsterdam to Bergamo/Pisa/Naples.

EASY ISLANDS today has commenced the new route Cagliari-Palermo with 2, J31 (regs LN-FAZ/M). Interesting results recently scored from this carrier especially on the route Palermo Punta Raisi-Trapani Birgi-Pantelleria with 2.696 passenger carried. Althought Cargo market is in the low season has scored 5.670 Kg. Totally in three months Easy Islands have carried 4.416 passengers and 23.666 kg of freight.

GANDALF AIRLINES, the board of shareholders have approved the patrimonial situation. The stake capital amount at a 5.282.893,92 euro, with 5.742.276 ordinary shares, 0,92 euro each. Due to the current losing situation who is up to one third of the full stake capital a further increase of the stake capital probably is necessary to cover the losses.
Recently Gandalf has restructured the network with the dropping of the routes Parma-Rome FCO, Trieste-Budapest, Trieste -Timisoara, Trieste-Bucarest, Trieste-Cluj, Trieste-Bruxelles. New addition are Verona-Paris CDG in sharing with Air France and Venice-Bari ops for Alpi Eagles, like new rotation are expected from Venice to Berlin and Venice to Rome, again on behalf for Alpi Eagles.

HAPAG LLOYD EXPRESS will commence the daily route Venice-Koln on next 12th of this month.

AIR ALPS has received its sixth Do328/100, soon will be introduced from Jan 13th. 2003 on the route Parma-Rome FCO operated on three daily basis. With effect Feb. 2nd. 2003 will be four daily. Flights has suitable connections with Alitalia via Rome FCO and are in code sharing again with Alitalia.

AIR DOLOMITI with effect Dec. 1st. 2002 will increase from three to four daily on the route Verona-Munich. Like Verona also Venice, the route to Munich will be increased from four to five daily.

CSA with effect April 2003 will open the route Prague-Tallin on four weekly basis. This destination is directly in connections for flights with origin Bologna, Milan and Rome.

GANDALF AIRLINES has dropped the route Rome-Parma one week ago.

will start the route Palermo-Cagliari on daily basis with a 34 seater SF340 with effect Dec. 3rd. 2002. During October the load factor scored on the route Trapani-Pantelleria operated on twice daily basis was 80%, carrying 2696 passengers. In the first three months of operations of this youngest sicilian airline 4416 passengers ha been transported.

GANDALF AIRLINES, the board of shareholders evaluating the finacial situation of a net loss scored at Nov. 26th. 2002 of 9,9 million of Euro, soon will met the aorcraft leasing companies plus the banks to discute the strategies for the future. A small changement in the timetable has forced to drop the route from Trieste due to the poor results and the successfull addition of new flights from Verona to Paris and from Venice in cooperation with Alpi Eagles.

MONTENEGRO AIRLINES has resumed on May 10th. 2002 the twice weekly flight from Podgorica to Rome FCO instead of Rome CIA. A twice weekly rotation will be granted from June to September from Rome FCO to Tivat.

PANAIR - COMPAGNIA AEREA MEDITERRANEA will add Parma with effect June 1st. 2002 with a weekly regular flight on saturdays from Lampedusa to Parma with B737/400.

SIX CARGO has signed an agreement with Mistral Air for a five weekly regular flights during the nights from Milan Lin to Rome FCO and back with a Fokker 27/500 with a payload granted of 6000Kg pour leg and a reliability of 100%.
Due to the special warrants of this contract has established a new operational and mantainance base in Rome FCO where the crews also will based. The airline was also certified under the JAR145 statement to provide direct mantainace on the aircraft in fleet. A second F27 will be added soon, the delivery was delayed due to the collapse of the freight market after the
vents connected with Sept. 11th. 2001.

VOLARE AIRLINES, the administrative regional court has assigned the route Cagliari-Milan until now operated and assigned to Air One.
With effect June 1st. 2002 will add one daily rotation from Milan Linate to Brindisi and Milan Mxp to Brindisi both with A320.

ALISEA AIRLINES has show its future plans that consist in the current season to operate with a dry leased B737/300 plus another one in short term wet lease. In 2003, three are the aircraft in service, two in dry lease and one in wet lease. In 2004 will be 3 all in dry lease.
The operational base in Palermo but flights are scheduled also from Milan Mxp, Catania, Bologna and Verona.
Talks are in course for agreement with foreign carriers or tour operators to grant a continous operative schedule also during the winter season and the low periods.
The mantainance activities are granted by Atitech, Naples.

BLUE PANORAMA, the first B767/300ER ex LTU was registered EI-CXO and show a new revised c/s with the similar paint scheme style present in the rear part of the fuselage also in the front side.

ALPI EAGLES will commence a daily rotation from Milan Lin to Naples with effect May 6th. 2002. Between July 1st. and Sept. 15th. 2002 the route will be suspended.

LUFTHANSA has celebrated on April 5th. 2002 the 15th. years of operations from Bologna. Lufthansa in 1987 has added Bologna in its timeschedule with a daily commuter services from Bologna to Munich with 28 seater Embraer EMB 120 Brasilia of DLT. Since the start up the success was indefineble and now 5 are the daily flights that links Bologna and Munich, 4 directly owned by Lufthansa and one from Air Dolomiti. Lufthansa has successfully added Frankfurt on July 2nd. 1991 and Dusseldorf in 1999. At the moment Lufthansa has in operation 98 are the weekly flights at the moment operated with LH code from Bologna plus 9 seasonal weekly flights are expected with effect June 2002.

MALAYSIA AIRLINES with effect July 1st. 2002 will divide in two ad hoc routes the current operated flights from Rome to Kuala Lumpur via Zurich.

ADA AIR has suspended all the flights from Tirana to Rimini /Ancona with effect April '02, probably connected with the stage II banning aircraft rules.

AIR ALPS will add this summer regular flights from Siena to Munich/Vienna every satuday with effect May 18th. 2002 and in the same day on behalf for an italian tour operator the route Siena-Olbia weekly regular charter. The route Vienna-Banja Luka is operated again once weekly.
The further flights operated on the weekends in Italy are Bolzano-Olbia,Bolzano-Naples, Bolzano-Cagliari and in only four scheduled dates from Bolzano to Lamezia Terme.

AIR DOLOMITI as previosuly reported with effect June 15th. 2002 to Sept. 15th. 2002 will operate daily and not twice weekly the seasonal routes Bologna-Alghero and Alghero-Verona. From Mo to Fr. with Canadair CRJ200LR and on Sa and Su with ATR42/500.
The twos Canadair CRJ recently delivered (the last one, the fifth was on March 27th. 2002 for the record has flown out from Montreal to Trieste with only one stop in Dublin. With this delivery Air Dolomiti now has 20 airliners in fleet) the new aircrafts will be based in Verona.
From Verona the Canadairs flown to Madrid, Bari, Frankfurt, Bruxelles, Munich, Amsterdam and Paris CDG, sometimes alternatively with the ATR's.
With effect July 1st. 2002 to Sept. 15th. 2002 the midday flight from Bologna to Bruxelles will be temporary suspended.
An ATR72/500 is expected in delivery for June 2002, this is the 21st. aircraft, the airline expects further 2 ATR72/500 and one CRJ2000LR in 2003.
Further three aircraft are expected in delivery in 2003 for a total of 27 aircrafts.
With effect April 8th. 2002 with the introduction on the route
Bari-Verona of the Canadair CRJ's shall allowed the passenger to fly out to Brussels and Amsterdam.
With effect June 17th. 2002 will increase from six to thirteen weekly on the route Bari-Venice with ATR72.

AIR FRANCE with effect March 31st. 2002 will add nineteen weekly flights from Paris CDG to Pisa with Embraer EMB135RJ.

AIR ITALY / AIR SICILIA with effect March 30th. 2002 has started a weekly regular rotations from Bologna to Lampedusa and from Milan Linate to Lampedusa.

the most oldest links between the north italy and the two major islands, infact the route Turin-Cagliari-Palermo was one of the first oldest routes operated by Ati since the sixties. AIR ALPS, open the new thrice daily flight from Bolzano to

Connections are suitable via Innsbruck with other destinations and via Roma are suitable connections supplied by Alitalia, where Air Alps has signed an agreement favoured by the new GM Mr. Aldo Bevilacqua , him was previously a manager in Alitalia and other italian airlines. LUFTHANSA with effect summer timetable 2002 will introduce this new highlights:
from 3 to 4 daily flights on the route Bologna-Munich (2xF50, 1xCRJ, 1xCR7), plus a daily flight operated by Air Dolomiti with ATR42/500;
from 3 to 4 daily flights on the route Venice-Munich, operated by Air Dolomiti;
from three to five daily flights from Florence to Munich (3xARJ85, 2xDHC8/400);

MALEV has ordered two CRJ200ER and optioned further six CRJ's from Bombardier Inc.. Delivery are scheduled in June and late July. The new carrier Malev Express established and fully owned by Malev wants to build a new regional network. The flights to be operated by Malev Express with Malev flights numbers. They are planning to start flights to Italy (Bologna, Venice), Romania, Ukraine from this summer. Below is the colour scheme adopted for Malev Express.

AIR LIB operate from May to October a weekly charter from Rimini to Paris CDG with MD83.

AIR ONE, in May has 25 B737 in fleet, now they are 22, with effect June 1st. 2002 add a daily flight from Palermo to Turin, due to the Alitalia phase-out from the route.
The airline has informed that with effect April the daily flights from Rome to Palermo are to be increased from four to five, Rome-Catania from five to six.
With effect June 1st. yhe route Crotone-Milan LIN and Crotone -Rome is resumed. New seasonal flights from Rome to Pantelleria and from Lampedusa to Milan/Bologna/Rome and annually from Palermo to Lampedusa. New weekly flights from Pantelleria to Milan.
The total year invoice in 2001 is 188 millions of Euro + 17,1% and 1905753 the passengers transported +11,1%. AIR ONE will add from June 1st. 2002 to Sept. 30th. 2002 a new twice weekly operated on Sa and Su from Bologna to Lampedusa with B737. Obviously the flight is available on the major CRS in sharing with Lufthansa.

AIR SICILIA will open in future new flights from Pisa to Catania /Palermo and Palermo to Verona.

ALICALABRIA is a new airline in course of constitution with the target to promote the holiday resorts of the Gulf of Policastro, the proposed operational base is in the new airport in course of built at Scalea, but the first regular operations are from Lamezia Terme, contact are in course with various tour operators and the base size aircraft is a prop in a range from 50 to 70 seats.

ALPI EAGLES until the end of March has in wet lease an Italy First ATR42/300 based in Naples, and currently operate the route Naples-Palermo/Catania.

ALITALIA will receive the first B777 in August 2002, and the following four aircrafts will be delivery one in each following month. Alitalia at the moment has ordered five B777/200IGW and one is in option. At this time are unreported the past spoked B777/300 placed in option. Voices at the moment
reports that Air France is interested entry with a 14% of the share in the Alitalia stake capital, and four B777 will be ordered to cover the possible intercontinental route expansion to support Air France and the SkyTeam Alliance.

AZZURRA AIR has decided to modify its operational structure with the addition of the new sharing codes on the routes operated for Alitalia, this new asset will start on March 31st. 2002.
The routes are:Milan Malpensa to Oporto, Bilbao, Copenaghen, Stockholm, Hamburg,Thesaloniki and Rome.
The fleet in future will be formed by five Avro's and five B737/700. Voices reports that probably the two EI-'s or the dry leased from Germania will be returned to lessor and further thre more 737-700 to be leased.

Gandalf has terminated with an austrian leasing company that own 4 airliners, an agreement where the capital quote of the leasing contracts planned to pay from Sept. 1st. 2001 to Dec. 31st. 2002 for a value of 7 billion of ITL shall be payed with effect Jan. 1st. 2003 in a period of 8 eight years even to the residual contract period.
The financial benefits in term of balance money unrequested for these two operations amount to 25,5 billions of ITL.
These agreements also are submitted to various conditions:
The austrian company has conditioned the validity of the agreement principally to the subscription of an increase of the share capital in option for a value not lowest to 15 millions of Euro, and to reach economical and financial results in line with the company development. The agreement provide to pay 1,6 billion of ITL before of Jan. 31st. 2002.
An italian leasing company has conditioned the validity of the agreement (with a subject of various regular payments for 3,5 billions of ITL) to the total fully integral increasing company capital before of July 31st. 2002,about the Optional increasing capital.
An italian banks pool and leasing companies, that has financed four airliners wants that the airline agreed the validity of the agreement with the different banks.
Gandalf has signed with Dornier an agreement to resolve the orders for three airliners where in the first half of 2000 has transformed the options in signed orders and has contracted the debts expired (7,2 millions of USD)
This loatest agreements is subjected to these following conditions:
The increasing capital in option to be suscribed and payed for not less of 15 millions of Euro before of March 31st. 2002, the payment befor Jan. 31st.2002 of about 2 billions of ITL as a partial payment of the debts exprired.
The board has to deliberate, before May 31st. 2002 the issuing under the market conditions of warrants convertibles for 2 millions of USD even to an increase capital for the same value to the manufacturer.
In case these conditions could be impossible to respect, the agreement shall be ceased and the airline has the real not possibility to continue its normal company activity.
The credit institutes has at Nov. 30th 2001 credits for 10,8 million of Euro, they ahs agreed to the pan to restructure the debts proporsed by the airline with a validity of the well closure of the capital increase in option.
This plan provide:
Modify of the 30% of the debts in the credit lines to banks financings to be returned in thre costant annual instalments.
Will be mantained the confidences for the 70% of the finacial exposures for a period of 18 months, to be renewed from the banks about the suretyships at the moment in effect.
At the moment are unforecastables the financial results at Dec. 31st. 2001, there are no elements that forecast a different situation after the increasing positive results scored in the third quarter, probably a positive results should be scored in the latest quarter of the past year.
The financial result in 2001 probably should be negatives and with the same losses of the past year.
The net financial position of the airline at Nov. 30th. 2001 was negative for 17,9 billions of ITL with a positive result of 2,6 billion of ITL despite of the financial situation on Sept. 30th.2001
This is the effect of the money injection of variosu shareholders after the subscription of the 15,9% of the offer in option authorized by the board of investors on Nov. 23rd. 2001.
