Breve Descrizione: Erbacea rustica a foglie decidue. I fiori sono grandi, imbutiformi e dal centro sporgono il pistillo e gli stami. La colorazione più diffusa è il rosso ma esistono fioriture anche in bianco, rosa, arancione e giallo. Esistono varietà con fiori semplici oppure doppi.

Durata: Perenne.

Area Di Origine: Zone temperate dell'Asia.

Clima: Temperato caldo.

Uso: Coltivabile in esterno se il clima è mite, altrimenti rimane una pianta da interno.
