Euroflora - Fiori Recisi

Breve Descrizione: Pianta fiorita da interno e da esterno, erbacea, con foglie lanceolate lunghe 30 cm. disposte a formare una rosetta alla base della pianta e ricoperte da una sottile peluria. I fiori sono dei capolini a forma di margherita. La specie più diffusa è la Gerbera Jamesonii, originaria del sud Africa. Esistono circa 70 specie con caratteristiche differenti. Alcune sono nane e sono coltivate anche in vaso, ma in generale, molte varietà sono usate per la produzione di fiori recisi. I capolini possono essere semplici, semidoppi e doppi con il centro del fiore scuro o chiaro ed il colore generale variabile dal bianco, al giallo, all'arancio ed al rosso, con sfumature differenti.

Periodo Di Fioritura: Fiorisce spontaneamente in primavera e per gran parte dell'estate. Si può trovare forzata, da coltivazione in serra, anche negli altri periodi.

Uso: Puo essere utilizzata sia come pianta da giardino che d'appartamento, secondo il clima. Le piante da vaso, che vengono ritirate durante l'inverno in luoghi riparati, devono essere esposte in esterno durante la stagione calda successiva, altrimenti non tornano a fiorire.

The flowers are daisy-shaped flower heads. The most widespread species is the Gerbera jamesonii, native to southern Africa. There are about 70 species with different characteristics. Some are dwarf and are grown in pots, but in general, many varieties are used for the production of cut flowers. The flower heads can be simple, semi-double and double with the center of the flower dark or light, and the overall color varies from white, to yellow, to orange and red, with different nuances.

Flowering Period: It blooms in spring spontaneously and for much of the summer. You can find forced by greenhouse cultivation, even in other periods.
